Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming?
It is recommended to remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes to prevent damage or fading.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, chemicals, or ultrasonic cleaners, especially for enamel, zircon, or delicate chains.
Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Most of our earrings use sterling silver posts, and our jewelry is made with hypoallergenic materials. For people with very sensitive skin, we recommend testing on a small area first.
Can I return or exchange jewelry?
Our return and exchange policies vary by collection:
- Mystery Collection: This collection features random gift boxes. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for quality issues. Duplicate items or items you do not like cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that any eligible returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Signature Collection: Jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if there is a quality issue or the item is unused and in its original condition. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging (box, pouch), and include all tags, labels, and gifts.
- Opened earrings: Once opened, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality problem.
- Final Sale items: These are not eligible for return or exchange.
