At Vera Clover, return and exchange eligibility depends on the collection you purchased from. Please review the terms below.

Collection-based Policy

Daily Discovery Collection

Because these boxes are randomly curated, returns or exchanges are only accepted for quality issues.

  • Eligible: quality issues (e.g., defective item, damage, incorrect item)

  • Not eligible: duplicate items, items you don’t like, preference-based reasons

  • Time limit: requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking)

Signature Collection

Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if:

  • There is a quality issue, or

  • The item is unused/unworn and in original condition

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unaltered

  • In original packaging (box/pouch)

  • Include all original tags, labels, and any gifts included with the order

Earrings (Hygiene Policy)

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.

  • If there is a quality issue, please contact us within the timeframe that applies to your collection (7 days for Daily Discovery, 30 days for Signature).

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at info@veraclover.com with:

  • Order number

  • Collection name (Daily Discovery / Signature)

  • The item(s) involved

  • Reason for return/exchange + photos if needed

If approved, we will provide return/exchange instructions.

Shipping costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return/exchange is due to a quality issue or our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Vera Clover is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. 

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/card issuer.
