Where We Ship
We ship from Toronto, Ontario (Canada) to:
- Canada
- United States
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During busy seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (Canada Post)
We ship using Canada Post.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been shipped:
- Canada: approximately 2–8 business days
- United States: approximately 4–12 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, remote areas, or customs processing (for U.S. orders).
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping:
- Canada: Free shipping on orders over CAD $75 (before taxes, after discounts)
- United States: Free shipping on orders over USD $100 (before taxes, after discounts)
Orders that do not meet the free-shipping threshold will see available Canada Post rates at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking is provided when available based on the service selected at checkout.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipment is dropped off or picked up by Canada Post.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Vera Clover is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempt:
- We can reship it after you confirm the address, and a reshipping fee may apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
For shipments to the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control these charges and cannot predict them.
Delivered But Not Received / Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We will assist with a carrier investigation and advise next steps.
Damaged Packages or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the item(s)
